No refunds and all sales are final. We accept exchanges for items that are damaged.
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for an exchange you must contact us within 7 days of the purchase date. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, contact us at (514) 216-6236 and ask to speak to a manager. You'll have to provide us with details of the product, purchase date, your client account information and the defect.
